III. Lessons and Classes
       A. 1/2 Hour Slot (Presently East Coast 9:00 - 9:30pm)
               1. It doesn't seem to be enough time for the lesson
               2. Sometimes instructors from prior lesson are running late
                       a) Remedy: Consider your lessons to be 50 min, not 60 min
               3. New schedule or location?
                       a) Let's not change yet, but let's tweak it
                       b) Instructors should be prepared to end 5 or 10 min earlier than usual.
                       c) Starting on time regardless of attendance.
       B. Intro Lindy Progressive
               1. We have a problem with people jumping in on various weeks;
                          the initial progressive roster MUST be the final roster as well.
               2. Evidently things are not sticking that well.
               3. Teaching a rock-step versus a lead-in on 1,2.
               4. How well will one version of a swing-out be compatible with another?
               5. RESOLUTION: More connection-related exercises, and emphasis on the fact that
                              there is more than one way to skin a cat
               6. End-Of-Progressive short, simple surveys - Jesse will make these
