       B. Wednesday, January 16 - Two for one promotion (bring a friend, get in free)
IV. Events
       A. April Event
               1. Few buildings are willing to rent to us except for Leopold Brothers. Rental is
                       also very expensive.
               2. Estimated workshop budget was $7000 for 4 teachers, their airfare, room rentals, etc.
                       We only have about $2000 in our current operating budget.
               3. Proposal: Halve the instructors (and therefore amount of classes), use one venue
               4. Proposal: Focus energies on A2LX
               5. Proposal: Cancel
               6. Proposal: Organize a smaller event that will fit in our budget/between other events
                               (franke manning, peter & ramona)
       B. Ann Arbor Lindy Exchange
               1. July
               2. Involvement will probably be minimal - not enough of us will be here
               3. Maura will basically be our SAA liason
       C. Dan is running a Monday night event in the basement of Great Wraps designed for
               x-treme beginners in Mid-January which could be a good avertising opp.  You
               must be 21 and under to enter, but there's exceptions.
       D. Dance Marathon
