***Item 1: Workshop***
SAA is planning to host a workshop this fall term!

Dates: we have narrowed the possible dates to:
Oct 31- Nov 2
Nov 7-9
Dec 5 -7
Dec 12-14

Location: Lisa suggested one possible location is the Trotter Multicultural Center; see
http://uuis.umich.edu/cic/urooms/viewer.cfm?building=157&room=966 . Lisa will visit the place this Saturday.

Time: We need to reserve
12-6PM Saturday
7PM-12:30AM Saturday night.
12-6PM Sunday

***Item 2: Flyering***
Sam has created a flyer that we have decided to use.

We have identified the following locations to put up flyers. Each location has one person in charge.
Central Campus - Matteo
North campus - Wayne
High schools - Maura
Restaurants - Paul
Med. campus - Lisa

Paul will determine and assign additional volunteers to each location.

***Item 3: Performance at Top of the Park***
Date: Wednesday, June 25.
Location: Ingalls Mall (area in front of the Rackham Building)
Time: unknown. Lisa will find out.

We will perform at Top of the Park, an admission-free, outdoor community celebration produced by the Ann Arbor Summer Festival. Also featured will be the Rhythm Society Swing Orchestra, a 16-piece dance band specializing in true vintage swing music.

Confirmed performers: Lisa, Kurt, Matteo, Wayne
Possible performers: Lisa will talk to Sarah, Shena, Jesse and Matt.
Kurt will choreograph.

The main issue is that the regular Wednesday venue will be reserved. The choices we have include:
a) Find another organization to use the room.
b) Cancel the dance,
c) Cancel lessons, but still have open dance (depending on the exact time of the performance)

***Dance/Lessons sponsored by Rackham Student Gov't***
Rack Student Government will sponsor beginner lessons followed by an open dance on the following dates:
Thursday, May 22
Tuesday, July 17
