Molly Clark began her coaching career during her senior year at the University of Michigan in 2003-2004. Forced to miss the season due to injury, Clark joined the coaching staff and has been an assistant coach at Michigan ever since.

Clark swam four years at Grosse Pointe South High School and was a two-time team captain. She swam on the U of M Synchronized Swimming Team from 2000-2003, serving as a two-time captain. Clark received Academic All-American Award each of the three seasons she competed in college.
