ITASA Midwest Conference |
The annual ITASA Midwest Conference is coming up, so get excited!! This is an incredibly fun event in which members from TASA organizations of colleges in the Midwest gather in one big weekend conference to get to know each other, celebrate Taiwanese history and culture, and do activities such as listenening to speakers, watching performances, participating in workshops, and much more. |

| 3/21/08 | Whirlyball | Play whirlyball with TASA members!! You definitely want to come out if you 1) Have no idea what whirlyball is and/or 2) Have never played it. Whirlyball is a game that combines lacrosse and basketball with bumper cars. It seems a little odd, but it's super cool and super fun. Make time to come out and play with TASA this Friday, and bring friends! **DINNER WILL BE PROVIDED** Prices are as follows: $10 non members $7 members |

Chinese New Year Celebration |
Get ready for the Lunar New Year, everyone! The Year of the Rat begins on February 7th, and TASA invites you to celebrate this holiday on Saturday with the Hong Kong Student Association and Asian InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. We'll be having all-you-can-eat hot pot, Chinese food on the side, and your choice of dessert. There will also be activities and games going on to keep you entertained once you're done eating. This is one of our biggest events of the year, so make sure you come because you won't want to miss out! |

The University Unions Arts and Programs will be holding their annual cultural fair, which celebrates the diversity on the campus. Join us for some friendly family competition! Members will be battling each other out in a series of fun games. If you're in a family, be sure to come out and help your family! TASA Bowling |
Come and play two games of bowling with the TASA members and officers! It'll be a great night of competition, socializing, and tons of fun. If you are a member, bring your membership card for a discount on the games! The games will be $3 for members, $6 for everyone else, and shoes are $2. The winning team will also receive free bubble tea! If you can come, please RSVP at tasa.board@umich.edu by this Wednesday, September 19th before 6 PM. Remember to meet at the Cube at 6:30 PM for rides. If you can drive people, let us know in your e-mail - the first three drivers to reply will be able to play the games for FREE! Drivers will have to meet at the Cube at 6 PM and be able to drive people to Belmark and back. We hope to see you on Thursday! |
