We recognize that just as our chapter relies on its student members to serve on committees to be sure the year runs effectively and efficiently, schools rely on their staff and faculty to have the same type of year. We want to commend you, and award you distinguished membership points, for your involvement with such projects in your own area. In order to receive credit for your outside committee involvement you must document the items found in the form below. Once your committee term is complete please fill out this form and submit it for credit. The Membership Chairperson will follow-up with you once the submission is received and processed.
