Speaker's Biographies:

Ricky currently serves as Regional Director of New Site Development for the KIPP Foundation. Previously, Ricky worked for a national for-profit after-school literacy and math tutoring company, serving in a variety of roles from Regional Director, New York Region to Director of Program Operations, Corporate. Prior to completing his graduate studies in 2004, Ricky spent his career in the biotechnology and healthcare sectors, including a stint as a researcher on the Human Genome Project. Ricky earned a bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of California, Berkeley and a MBA from New York University.
