About Asian Pacific American Heritage Month
The month of May is the official Asian Pacific Islander American (A/PIA) Heritage Month. However, since the academic year for the University of Michigan ends in April, it has become tradition to commemorate A/PIA Heritage Month earlier in the year. This year, the University will celebrate Asian Pacific Islander American Heritage Month from March 7th to April 15th.

DON'T MISS OUT ON THE LAST PHO NIGHT OF THE YEAR!
Pho is a traditional Vietnamese rice-noodle soup dish. The dish is garnished with ingredients such as green onions, white onions, coriander leaves (cilantro), ngo gai (cilantro, or long coriander), Thai basil, lemon or lime wedges, and bean sprouts. Pho originated in northern Vietnam and spread to southern and central Vietnam in the mid-1950s, after the defeat of the French and the eventual partitioning of the country.
