Registration


Pre-Registration is now closed.

Onsite registration is available, please fill out the below registration form and bring it with you to the Four Points by Sheraton Ann Arbor.


 

Space is limited, register now to secure your space at the 2009 University Event Planners Annual Educational Retreat.
Cost: $50 (includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, reception, and beverages)

Registration
To register by fax or mail, print off a copy of the paper registration form and return a completed copy to our office. Faxed registrations must include credit card number and signature; keep your original if you register by fax. Payment must accompany registration. Payments are accepted via VISA, Amex, Discover, MasterCard, check, or University of Michigan Shortcode(please note: permission for shortcode administrator is required). Make checks payable to University of Michigan and mail them to Marketing & Conference Services, 627 Oxford Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48109-2634.

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation refunds will be made in full less a $20 cancellation fee if received in writing via email or fax by May 29, 2009. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 6, 2008; however, your registration may be transferred to another person by contacting U-M Marketing & Conference Services.

Confirmation
Registrants will receive a confirmation by email within 48 hours of registering. (Please note: Those registering online will receive an automatic acknowledgment of their registration, but this is not the official confirmation.) If you do not receive a confirmation within 10 days of registering, please contact 734.764.5297, or email conferences@umich.edu.
