President: 

Shall preside at all meetings of the chapter, appoint committees, and perform all duties normally associated with the executive position.

Vice President:

Shall assume the duties of the president in the event of his/her absence, oversee the internal officers (Secretary, Treasurer, and Historian), and shall preside as the chairperson or oversee the chairperson of the banquet committee. Shall oversee the rush process, the Programming and Public Relations Directors, and the philanthropy and programming committees.

Secretary:

Shall be responsible for recording and maintaining chapter records and correspondence.

Treasurer:

Shall collect dues and fees and keep bookkeeping records of all financial transactions and fundraising efforts of the organization.

Historian:
Amy Leder

Shall collect and preserve chapter artifacts and memorabilia for the chapter's scrapbook. Additionally, the Historian shall prepare a report to the AED Scalpel twice a year, and shall prepare the AED biennial report.

Programming Directior:

Shall oversee the programming committee, which will determine each semester's schedule of program topics, making arrangements for meeting rooms and speakers.

Public Relations Director:

Shall advertise all meetings and special events and programs, and shall maintain relations with other pre-health professional student organizations at the University.

Webmaster:
Enea Gjoka

Shall provide timely updates on the website, assure information is accurate. Also, webmaster should keep format updated and modern with relevant information following each meeting or activity.

Rush Chair:

Shall oversee the recruitment and rush process and plan all rush related events.

Service Chair:

Shall make arrangements for all service projects, at least two per month.

Social Chair:

Shall arrange all social events for members, at least two per month.

Shadowing Chair: Bogdon Kindzelski & Nicole Meeker

Shall contact physicians to form a database and match students with physicians.
