Well, we didn't make as much headway as I had hoped.  But, we now have
all of the tarballs, and a good start on the xml profile.  I expect to
do a small bit of work to finish up the xml profile, after which we'll
be ready to start building.  My tentative plan is to do this friday
morning starting at 9a - but if there are people who would like to be
involved but can't make it, this can be rescheduled.
