radmind updated on sixthday

I've installed radmind-1.3.0rc2 on sixthday.  New features include:

	* positives in negatives
	* sub dirs for command files, transcripts and special files

To use these new features, you'll also have to update your client with 
the new tools *first*.  For umce-linux machines, you can use the 
radmind-1.3.0.rc2.T loadset.  For solaris8 machines, use 
sol8-radmind-1.3.0.rc2.T.
