Description
The Web Content feature allows site owners to choose a website to display within the CTools main window. The name of the Web Content button in the left-hand menu can be customized so you can create a label that matches the website you've chosen to display.
Examples of use
Instructors who want to provide many links to websites for their students may choose to list them all in Resources, and then use the Web Content feature to display the most important.
Departments, project collaborators, or other groups may choose to use Web Content to provide a prominent link to their public website within their CTools website.
Putting information into the Web Content window and creating a new Web Content window.
If you already have a Web Content tool in the menubar and would like

1...Open your course or project site.
2...Click Web Content in the left-hand menubar.
3...Click the Options... button in the Web Content window.
4...Type a title for the button that will appear in the left-hand menubar. For example, if you want the Web Content window to contain a weather website, you can give the button the name Weather.
5...If you would like to change the height of the window the external site will appear in, pull down the Frame Height menu and choose another height.
6...Type the URL into the box. (You do not need to include http://)
7...Click Update Options.
If you are in the process of creating a new course or project site, and you want to create a Web Content window and specify what appears in it.
1...In the Site Setup process, when you reach the page where you choose which
tools to include in your site, check the box next to Web Content.
2...In the form that appears, type a title for the button that will appear in
the left-hand menubar. For example, if you want the Web Content window to contain

(See the next section, below, for more information on adding a new Web Content window to a completed site.)
5...Click Continue and complete the site creation process.
If you would like to change the height of the window in which the external site appears, click the Options button in the upper-left corner of the Web Content window and use the Frame Height pull-down menu to choose the height.
