Reserved Seating at Meets
(for home and away!)

Our 10.0 Booster Club Members are eligible for reserved seating at Crisler Arena meets. This special section for Club Members pulls together our most committed fans into an enthusiastic cheering section.

If you are not a member of the club you can join now and automatically get reserved seats for the next meet (as long as you're at least two days in advance). We'll send you seat confirmations for the family members you include on your membership.

How to Reserve Seats
Prior to each meet, you will receive an email asking for a count of people and names that will be attending the next meet. The email will include the names of the people from the most recent meet that you attended as a starting point. Hit your reply button and send back a edited count and list.

Our seats are in sections 33 and 36 which are the lowest seats in Crisler Arena. As our attendance increase, we may be expanding slightly into the next two sections.

In your reservation feel free to make requests about seating (prefer to be higher or lower, more in front of floor, more central seating, other boosters you'd like to sit near, etc.) We'll do our best, consistent with being as fair as possible.

What We Do
10.0 Club volunteers arrive before the meet begins and tape a family name card to each seat indicating for whom it has been reserved.

For many meets, we also distribute name tags for the people in attendance. These name tags allow booster club members to get to know each other a little better.

Confirmation
A day before the meet, you will receive an email confirming the seats that have been reserved for you. Make a note of these seats so you can find them easily when you get to Crisler.

If you get to Crisler and don't remember your seat locations, go to the judging table for floor exercise that is in front of section 33. You will find a seating chart there that will help you locate your seats.

Sometimes we have to shuffle seats around a little at the last minute. If you don't find your name on your seat look around a little or check the seating chart for notes of last minute changes.

When to Reserve
Send your reservation in early. Don't wait for your plans to be absolutely certain. There's too much danger that the whole thing will slip your mind. Then you'll wind up at the meet without reserved seats. If your plans change, just send us another email with the changes.

Guests
Booster club members are encourage to bring guests along. Along with cheering, the main responsibility of booster club members is to encourage new fans.

Duplicate Invitations
Members who have provided more than one email address will receive an invitation email at each of the addresses. Any email can be used to respond. If more than one family member responds, we'll coordinate the responses. You won't wind up with double reservations.
