		How will I know if my registration has been received? You will receive confi rmation by email or fax. What if I need to cancel my registration? To be eligible for a full refund of fees, notice of cancellation must be received in writing by March 31, 2004. Cancellations received April 6 - April 20 will be charged a $50 handling fee; cancellations received April 21 – April 30 will be charged 25% of the registration fee. Registrants who cancel on or after May 1 or who fail to attend will be charged the full amount. Can someone attend the conference in my place? Yes, substitutions may be made at any time.
