Help usher in the first year class at the 2006 Black Welcome Week! Black Welcome Week is an annual, weeklong celebration. It is a way for students of African descent to connect and enjoy each other's company in a fun and relaxed setting. Events are hosted by various Black student-run organizations around campus, and feature social, cultural and educational events. Please plan to attend some or all of these events-all events are free of charge, and your presence will be a visible reminder of the diverse communities that exist and thrive at U of M.
