Happy New Year to you all! Last fall went well for both the A and B Teams, with the A team going 6-2 losing only to
MSU and Macomb CC while the B-Team remains undefeated at 5-0-1 with their only tie coming the first game of the season vs MSU.
The next event for both clubs is next weekend, starting January 18th at the JCC Inline Hockey Center in West Bloomfield MI. For the

The University of Michigan Roller Hockey Club heads off against Michigan State for
the annual Preseason Scrimmage at Dem Hall Arena, located on Michigan States campus in
East Lansing. Friday, October 19th (B-Team) 7:00pm (A-Team) 8:00pm Both games at Dem Hall Arena. Free admission! Hope to see you there! |

The University of Michigan Roller Hockey Club will be participating at the following
weekend events over the next few months. Exact game times will be announced at a later
date. November 10th Joe Dumars’ Field House (Shelby Twp MI) December 1st Hatrick Hockey (Palantine IL) January 19th Jewish Community Center (West Bloomfield MI) January 26th Sports Plus (Cincinnatti OH) February 9th Lazer Skate Sports Plex (Cedar Springs MI) February 22nd Total Roller Hockey (Wixom MI) April 2008 NCRHA Nationals (Roughly April 11th TBA) The team is also involved in a recreational league at the JCC on a weekly basis. Roller Hockey Season starts soon, so heres all the important information you need to know to get ready. FESTIFALL: Festifall is this Thursday, September 7th. We will be out on the diag with information, photos, and a sign up for this season's information. MASS MEETING: The UMRHC Mass Meeting is Tuesday September 12, 7-8pm League, 3rd Floor Room C. Here we will go over in more detail about the team, our goals, our history, and all of the information you need to know. Pre-Tryout Skate: Tryout dates are set and are as follows: Monday 18th 10:10-11:40 Tuesday 19th 10:10-11:40 Carpool information is availible at the mass meeting. All skates are held at High Velocity Sports in Canton. Information about the rink is availible at www.hvsports.com We hope to see you there and good luck! |
