Free Palestine, Join SAFE!

Everyone is welcome to join SAFE by coming to one of our weekly meetings. Meetings for fall 2010 are held every Wednesday at 9pm on the 3rd floor of Mason Hall, usually in room 3347. If you have questions about joining, feel free to email them to either of the Co-Chairs or the Outreach Chair.

Membership

As defined in SAFE's constitution, there are two levels of membership:

Active members attend all meetings and are expected to attend or assist with at least 80% of SAFE sponsored events. A new member will be considered an active member after attending three consecutive weekly meetings and showing an interest in becoming an active member. Only active members can run for executive board positions.

General members do not fulfill the criteria for active membership, but are nevertheless involved in SAFE by occasionally attending meetings and events. General members may become active members if they start fulfilling the criteria for active membership.

Both general members and active members can vote at SAFE Executive Board elections, and all members have equal voting power.
