Students for Life has been busy with many events this year including:
October 2011: Students for Life brought in Genocide Awareness Project. A graphic display revealing the truth about abortion was placed in the diag, sparking dialogue throughout campus (sponsored by the Center for Bioethical Reform).
October 2011: Students for Life participated in a debate sponsored by the Michigan Political Union against Secualar Student Alliance on the resolution: Should Roe Versus Wade be overturned?
November 2011: Post-abortive women from Operation Outcry and Silent No More came to share their testimonies with students.
February 2012: Students for Life hosted their first Inaugural Fundraising Gala with keynote speaker Michelle Schmidt in order to kick off the Pregnant on Campus Initiative.
February 2012: The Valentine's Day Carnation Sale was yet another successful fundraising effort to support pregnant women on campus.
