Instructor Bios
Neeraj Korde
Neeraj Korde has been teaching tango at the 8th style school of tango for a couple of years now. He continues to learn mostly at the 8th Style and from other masters when he can. His love for the music has inspired him to DJ local milongas as well. Open to all ideas he strives to maintain a crisp elegance in his dance and work on a fluid aesthetic. As a teacher he takes pride in his students progress. His primary influences are Jaimes Friedgen and Youtube.
Olivier Poudou
Olivier Poudou fell in love with tango seven years ago at the Michigan Argentine Tango Club in Ann Arbor. Among an incredibly talented bunch of U of M students who shared the same passion, he learned to dance, deejay, teach and organize the tango life of this vibrant, young community.
Olivier teaches tango with an ardent emphasis on musicality, generosity and intent. He believes that success in tango is achieved by channeling musical emotions towards one's partner, and that sheer tango bliss is easily reached when equipped with a simple understanding of the embrace and with fundamental walking technique.
His classes are fun and creative - but be prepared to be challenged!
