Advanced tango for a fluid embrace (Week 2 of 6): Pivots and Turns

In this series, we shall build up from the basics of smooth transitions between different kinds of embraces within the dance. We shall then focus on advanced moves that can be executed with ease and musically outside the traditional tango box. You should expect to be comfortable and confident in your dance by the end of the series.

This week we shall explore the elements required to initiate, execute and perpetuate smooth turns in the dance.

Come to our Monday night practica! Dancers of all levels will be around to help you work on specific aspects of your dance. As they say, you need only three things to get better, "Practice, practice, and more practice!".
