Timeline for Electorial Procedures
Election procedures will be handled by the EC after its formation subject to the following timelines:- Saturday, Oct 31 by 11:59pm: All Candidatures shall be received by the EC Chair
- Wednesday, November 11: Candidates with potential conflicts of interest made known to the membership.
- Thursday, November 12: List of eligible candidates announced (tentative list approved by EC)
- Friday, November 13: Deadline for candidates to contest or withdraw candidacy (by 5:00pm)
- Saturday, November 14: Final list of candidates is announced via email to club members
- Wednesday, November 18: Open Forum (7:00pm)
- Wednesday, Dec 2: Elections (9:45pm-10:45pm)
