The Undergradute Political Science Association is structured into three committees headed by committee chairs. Each of the committee chairs serves on the executive board for a period of one academic year. Each of the committees is responsible for different aspects of the Undergradute Political Science Association. Any undergradute student at the University of Michigan may apply to be on any three of the following committees: the Finance Committee, the Walker Conference Committee and the Marketing/Social Media Committee. Applications are accepted at the beginning of the academic semester. In order to apply, send a cover letter and resume to the chair of the committee you are interested in (see the links below for committee descriptions and committee chair contact information).
I am a Political Science and Spanish major in my third year at U of M. I am orginally from Miami, FL and joined UPSA during my freshmen year. In addition to serving on the UPSA E-Board, I am the Academic Chair for Delta Gamma Phi and a Team Leader for America Reads. I am addicted to reddit, tea and Mad Men.
I am a junior from New York City, double-majoring in Political Science and Arabic studies. I love to engage in political debates, travel, and watch Arrested Development re-runs, and I joined UPSA my sophomore year.
Adrianna Bojrab is a senior at the University of Michigan majoring in political science. She looks forward to going to law school in the fall.
I am a senior with a dual major in Political Science and International Studies, along with a minor is German. In addition to my position on UPSA, I am the Chairman of the University of Michigan College Republicans. Hailing from Sterling Heights, MI, I enjoy (real) wrestling, reading for fun, and bragging about being the tallest UPSA member. I plan on beginning law school in the fall.
I am a junior originally from Portland, Oregon. I am a political science major and complex systems minor, and I hope to one day find a career working in politics. When I am not in class or studying at the Ugli, you will probably find me shopping at Meijer at 2am, doing Bikram Yoga, watching Jeopardy or Seinfeld reruns in my apartment, cooking up storm in my kitchen, or wandering the streets of Ann Arbor in search of mischief. Additionally, I don't get why people like hockey, I love cats, and I drink way too much coffee.
I am a junior at the U of M and I come from New York. I am majoring in political science and psychology, and I plan to attend law school after I graduate. I enjoy participating in community service like Dance Marathon, I love to run, and I spend much of my free time painting, cooking (and eating) and watching movies.
