Remembering U-M soldiers
A memorial plaque honoring U-M alumni who served in the Mexican, Civil and
Spanish American wars was rededicated last week at the Museum of Art,
officially known as Alumni Memorial Hall. The building is a tribute to
all U-M alumni who have served the country. Jim Mays (above) of Ann
Arbor, as well as other members of the Washtenaw County Buffalo Soldiers,
were present at the ceremony. Click
