Student organizations and departments seeking to plan events in one of UM's major campus venues (Hill Auditorium, Power Center, Rackham Auditorium, and Lydia Mendelssohn Theatre) should contact UUAP to reserve these facilities and receive advisement on planning major events.

Additionally, student organizations planning to enter into contractual arrangements with entertainers, performers, lectures, etc. should contact UUAP in advance of signing any agreement so that the student organization's and University's rights and responsibilities are maintained.
