Volunteer Sign Up

Requirements before you can Volunteer:

1. Pay your $15 Membership dues (includes a T-shirt)

2. To do the HIPAA, please visit the HIPAA Training page. You must be have attended orientation before you can do the HIPAA

3. Get your TB Test at the University Hospital (UHS) Call 734-764-8325 to schedule an appointment. You will need to return back 24-48 hours for a reading.

4. Print out the Certification of Completion from HIPAA and a proof of the TB test and drop it off in the Verve Mailbox in the Michigan Union on the 3rd floor (MSA Office). Make sure your name is on both of these documents.
