I am a third year Ph.D. student. My research interesting are

  • Applying large data analysis to biomembranes and nanoparticles in both computational and experimental study.
  • Advance algorithms in machine learning.

    • and I'm skilled in

  • Programming with Python, C/C++ with MPI and OpenMP, JavaScript, PHP, SQL and MATLAB
  • Machine Learning with Major algorithms such as classification, regression, neural network models, kernel methods, SVM, graphical models and boosts.
