We, the Women of Color Task Force, are committed to creating a University environment where the needs and aspirations of UM employees may be fulfilled. The Task Force works to facilitate professional and personal growth and believes that the process of facilitation recognizes the whole person; strives for integrity; and aims right at the center of an issue. We want every employee to experience something of value as a result of contact with the Task Force.
