This is my first time using the Online Catalog. I added an address profile
The M-Stores Online Catalog doesnít automatically select the address profile you have just created. You must select the profile as a separate step. After you have created your new profile, the Online Catalog will display the "Select, Modify or Delete an Address Profile" page. This page should contain your new address profile
Why canít I add any items to my shopping cart?
Probably because your browser is not set up to accept "cookies" (special information sent to you from the web server). You must specify in your browserís preferences (Edit > Preferences > Advanced in Netscape) that you wish to accept either all cookies, or only cookies that are sent back to the originating server. And, if you encounter a pop-up window asking you to accept a cookie from the M-Stores server, you must accept it.
Where can I get a requisition number?
You assign your own requisition number. This is the number (along with your ShortCode) you will need to give to M-Stores if you need help with your order.
How do I know if my order was sent?
If your order was sent successfully, the M-Stores Online Catalog will display a confirmation page containing your order confirmation number and requisition number. It is a good idea to write these numbers down for future reference in case you have difficulty with your order.
Prices listed in our catalog includes standard shipping costs to all campus buildings. Expedited shipping or re-shipping to another non-UofM campus location can be requested on a per order basis. If requested, your account will be billed for the actual shipping charges.
