The Wesley Foundation at the University of Michigan Connecting the campus community to the love of Jesus Christ by providing spiritual growth, social justice and a Christian fellowship.

Come and join us on Sundays at 8:00 p.m.  for a worship service called Taize. At this contemplative worship experience we sing, pray, and listen for God's voice in the style and manner of the community in Taize, France. Candles are required and Lava Lamps are welcome! We meet in the First United Methodist Church Chapel. (Directions to the Wesley Foundation.)

Every year we provide students with the opportunity to serve others through our mission trips. In the past, several students went to either Florida, to work with Habitat for Humanity, or to Honduras to work with the community and help build a school, or to New Orleans to help with clean up projects. All of the students had amazing experiences. A website has been created with some more details and some pictures from the Florida Trip.

Our Philosophy: The Wesley Foundation is a United Methodist campus ministry providing programs for all campus-related persons with an emphasis on the needs of students, both graduate and undergraduate. We are a community of persons committed to worship, learning, serving and growing with each other regardless of ethnic origin, gender, sexual orientation, marital or economic status, handicapping condition, or other human differences. Our common bond is God's love shown through Jesus Christ and lived in our human relationships, individually, in the larger society, and with all creation.
