               NOTE: The study design called for a Sample Week beginning
               on a Wednesday, ending the following Tuesday at midnight
               and extended by a 10 day "grace" period so that the total
               interview period ended at midnight the following Friday.
               The study staff allowed interviews to be taken on the next
               Saturday and Sunday, if making an appointment on those days
               was the only way an R could give (or complete) an interview.

               Six interviews were taken on days later than the 19th. Four
               interviews were taken on the 20th day, and one each on the
               26th and 28th days. We have left these interviews in the
               datafile, since for analytic purposes where Sample Week is
               not a primiry concern, their use is appropriate.
