        In 1998, the order of thermometers for all individuals except the
        President was randomized.  In 2000, the order of thermometers for
        the major presidential candidates (Gore, George W. Bush, Buchanan
        Nader) was randomized as the 2nd-5th names in the thermometer
        series (after the thermometer for President was administered).
