        home was constructed so that all years in which the question was asked
        could be incorporated.  Variables with fuller codes for this question

        Note that 1960 post-only Rs were asked this question in the post IW:
        their responses were incorporated into the pre var.

        In 1974,1976 no code appeared for "all of life," so no cases appear in
        code 6 for 1974 or 1976.
