The Yost Adult Hockey Clinic caters to adult hockey players who wish to improve their individual skills and overall knowledge of the game. The clinic is designed as an enjoyable and rewarding way to stay in shape and improve your hockey skills. Each session contains six weeks of classes. The skills that are addressed are: skating, stick handling, shooting, and positioning. The clinic will include scrimmages and is designed for beginning hockey players.
