Brief History
Peter Allen has been involved in Real Estate
since 1964, beginning in Chicago's west
suburbs selling farmland for his Grandfather.
He came to Ann Arbor in 1971, fell in love
with the University and community, and
decided to make his career brokering and
developing real estate in and around Ann
Arbor. Since 1981 he has taught Real Estate
Feasibility to over 1500 graduate students,
and has also been appointed to the School of
Architecture and Urban Planning to teach a
Public Private Partnership course
