New checkbox on the Project Team Submit Change Activity to note the proposal is finalized
ORSP often returns your proposal because it has not been finalized, which puts your proposal into the state of ORSP Review - Project Team Making Changes. Once you have finalized the proposal, you must submit the changes. A new option "Finalized Proposal" has been added to the list of reasons why the changes were made.
Note: This does not replace the requirement to complete the Finalize for Submission to Sponsor activity.
A new warning message to remind Project Teams that Export Controlled information or data should not be uploaded in eRPM.
