Over the past few years we have held our July club meeting at Sherzer Observatory (on the campus of Eastern Michigan University).

Mark Deprest gave a slide show of his trip to Green Bank Star Quest Star Party, held at Green Bank, West Virginia.

- Met with fellow Lowbrows Yasu and Yumi Inugi who were able to run a 40’
dish
- There is the world’s largest equatorial mounted scope at 140’
diameter with a 16’ diameter steel ball bearing
