This picture is taken of the right side of the mural.
By 1999 the City Spirit mural had endured twenty years of harsh
Michigan winters. The paint had started to chip and fade so
Detroit artist Vito Valdez were commisioned by Bagely Housing to
restore the mural. Using old photographs, Vito was able to
