Pamela has a similar background to Lil' Tim. Her parents work in an aristocratic household. Her mother is a maid and her father is a valet. Her parents also expect her to marry. However, she must set her standards much lower that Lady Titania. Also, she will probably be expected to work after she is married. Unless of course she is as lucky as Samuel Richardson's Pamela an is able to marry above her station. This of course is extremely unlikely.
