Lil' Tim is not as fortunate as George. He has no estate to inherit or lands to manage. His parents are hard-working laborers. His father makes horseshoes and his mother does laundry for upper-class families in the neighborhood. He will probably become a worker like his parents. However, he may be able to become more educated than them. In the 18th century, there is very limited social mobility. Maybe he'll be lucky.
