eResearch Proposal Management (eRPM) Sandbox Refresh

February 2, 2009:

To prepare for the eResearch Proposal Management (eRPM) training, a full Sandbox refresh is tentatively planned for 2/2/09. 

What is a full Sandbox refresh?

All system features/functionality & content in the eRPM Sandbox will be replaced with a copy of the eRPM “production” system (live system that pilot participants are currently using).

What does this mean to you?

• eRPM sandbox outage on 2/2/09 (we will announce the specific times).
• ALL PAFs/proposals currently in the sandbox will NO longer be available (e.g., training or testing examples).
• Sandbox will be up to date with production system (better for training and demonstrations).
• UL Managed data will be copied from production to sandbox (e.g., Reviewers, Reviewers who can sign, contacts).  This information has not been updated in the sandbox since November.
