Personal Assessments/ Chapter Labs (back of each chapter)

• For each chapter complete assigned labs (see below). You receive 1 point for successfully completing the lab (complete lab; neatness counts) and 1 point for completing a summary statement about the labs for that chapter.
• In this summary statement, briefly discuss in no more than one page the importance of that chapters' labs relative to your overall health and wellness. These summary statements are to be appended to the front of that chapters lab(s).

You are to hand-in the labs for Chapters 1-6 on Oct 25, and Chapters 7-12, 15 on Dec 13.
