To All MBA Food Fight Participants: Thank you for joining our second annual MBA Food Fight. I would like to thank all of you who participated in last year’s very successful event. This year, we hope to grow school representation and food collections to a new record high. The MBA Food Fight offers an excellent opportunity for our institutions to participate together in an outstanding charitable event. Together, we can make a large impact on those in need. We are grateful to the several prestigious sponsoring corporations who have enabled us to carry out the food fight competition. I want to express my sincere appreciation to the UMBS Global Citizenship students who have spent much time and energy organizing this event. This is a program where everyone wins. Charitable organizations benefit from the large amount of food and funds donated by students. Schools participate in friendly competition while supporting their community. Students come away with an increased awareness of local poverty and hunger issues. And corporate sponsors are recognized for contributing to such a vital cause.
