Lodging:

hotel availability at the Microtel Inn & Suites

A room block has been reserved at the Microtel Inn & Suites Hotel off-campus for the participants of this workshop. Due to limited funds, we are unable to place everyone at any of the hotels located on central campus.

Free shuttle service will be arranged for our group for round-trip transportation to the workshop site and back once a day. When you check-in please indicate whether or not you will need the shuttle service we will have arranged ahead of time for our group. Please note that this hotel is also on the City of Ann Arbor's public bus transportation routes (AATA). Also, grocery store and restaruants are within walking distance to the hotel.

Reservations: Since the accommodations will be covered for each invited particpant, the workshop secretary will make your reservation. It is preferred that you indicate your hotel request with check-in and check-out dates from the registration page. Indicate any special requests in the "special requests" box if need be. Once your registration is received, a follow-up email will be sent to you confirming your hotel reservation details. You must register by Friday, September 5th to gaurantee availability.
