Follow these instructions in order to ensure that you are properly registered

The preferred method of payment is by check:
1. Fill out the following Google Form, mark that you are paying by Check on page 3/3
2.Make check payable to "College of Pharmacy Graduate Student Organization"
3. Send check to the following address:

If you would like to pay for multiple people on one check:
please include the names and number of registrants. In addition, have each fill out the google form.
For payment selection, choose "check (group)"

Registration deadlines:

Early Registration: March 1st-March 31st
Late Registration: April 1st-April 14th
