well, this version should do the following:
1) fixes a Makefile bug.
2) adds in a "processing a command" flag so that the tickle
timer doesn't complain.
3) some minor changes to FPCopyFile so that the older oses that
return EINTR get handled properly.
try it out. it's at
<ftp://ftp.u.washington.edu/public/asun/pre-asun2.1.2-4.tar.gz>.
for those that have been experiencing timeouts with large file copies,
i would like to hear from you. just remember that afpd still handles
things one request at a time, so your machine might look like it's
locked up whilst copying.
