Preparation: (approx. 15 min.)
1. Chop up green peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, onions, and lettuce
2. Mix vegetables together in a large bowl
3. In a separate container, mix olive oil, lemon juice and black pepper together and shake thoroughly. Mix this dressing into the salad.
4. Top the dish off with some delicious feta cheese.
