hi all,

i just made pre-asun2.1.2-3 available at
ftp.u.washington.edu:/public/asun. changes from pre-asun2.1.2-2:
    1) bad date detection code should work better.
    2) FPExchangeFiles implemented.
    3) it will complain if your AppleDouble headers are wrong.

pre-asun2.1.2-3 also has my cnid database stuff pretty much
completed. if you would like to know how to turn pre-asun2.1.2-3 into
pre-asun2.2.0, send me email and i'll give you the secret recipe. fyi,
the stuff in pre-asun2.1.2-2 turned out not to handle read-only
databases well at all.
