Jennifer Lopez, perhaps better known as J.Lo, was born on July 24th, 1970 in New York.  At a young age, Jennifer began to get involved with performances for the public, whether they include dancing, acting, or singing. In 1986, Lopez played in the film My Little Girl, her first opportunity as an actress.  She also became a dancer on the very popular TV show In Living Color.  Her career as an actress soon began to take flight after she appeared in the hit Selena.  Never had a Latina female experienced such success as Jennifer Lopez. She began to receive many more roles in films, and quite a variety at that. Such movies included Out Of Sight with George Clooney, Anaconda, The Cell, and Maid in Manhattan.  She is currently the highest paid Latina actress in the world today.  Acting, however, is certainly not Jennifer's only talent. In 1999, Lopez put out her debut solo album titled On The 6, which resulted in a huge success. She put out 3 more albums as well, titled J.Lo, This is Me...Then, and J to tha L-O! The Remixes.  She has switched her style up from her first album.  She recorded tracks with such hip-hop artists as Sean "P Diddy" Combs and The Lox.  Jennifer has used a hip-hop image to succeed, yet at the same time proclaiming she's still  "Jenny from the block."  She continues to attract many new fans and was even voted the #16 pick for People Magazine's 1997 Fifty Most Beautiful People.  Whether it's her charm, or her butt, J.Lo often draws the attention of many bachelors as well, resulting in what some would say to be an unreasonable amount of marriages. Nonetheless, Jennifer Lopez has proven to be one of the most successful Latina's to ever grace the planet.
