Posted 4/04/15 In search of students (4 total) interested in living in a house just north of Kroger on Nixon Road. There is a bus stop right across the house that takes you to central campus and one at Kroger that takes you to north campus. It is located approximately 1 mile from north campus. The house has a long history of GCF tenants. The house has 4 large bedrooms (1 being a master with a bathroom) along with a large downstairs and basement. Rooms run between $650 and $500. A discount will be given if you can find a full group of 4 to live there together. Please contact Mark at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Posted 7/30/14 Christian men: I am looking for a flatmate to share my two-bedroom apartment. The apartment is located at the Shoreview Apartments, so just over the river in the area of North Campus. I am flexible on the length of stay. The place becomes available August 8 and rent is about $525 per month, depending on utilities, etc. I am a 31-year-old Ph.D student, and I like to keep the place relatively clean, if still lived-in. If you have any questions, etc., feel free to contact me at email@example.com or 647-467-3343.
My name is Bryan, and I enjoy moonlight strolls on the beach, red roses by the armful, and participation dances. Just kidding! I.m not a fan of any of those things (except the participation dances...I do a mean Macarena). More seriously, my friends would describe me as easy going, a good listener, a wordplay ninja, and above all a hard worker. I am a CHRISTIAN (non-denominational) looking for a roommate with possibly similar beliefs. In a nutshell, I am an introvert and a Type-A person. :D
