Updated 4/26/12. Need a place to live this summer? I'm looking for a female subletter for the summer, starting in May. It's a great, spacious apartment in Traver Knoll (Plymouth and Barton). Apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with 2 roommates (both girls). The subletter would share the master bedroom (but it's pretty large, and roommate is often gone, very easy-going, and quiet in the nights/mornings - it's barely sharing a room). Rent & utilities is just over $300 per month. Apartment complex is nice and quiet, has a pool, and there is lots of storage space. Laundry is in the basement. Close to the #2 bus. The apartment is a first-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit in Windemere Park Apartments. It's close to the AATA bus stops for both the #2 (to Central Campus) and #1 (to North Campus).
